| Ken Forrester Chenin Blanc |

Barrel fermented, full ripe, rich, full bodied - this wine is a great example of the harmonious balance which can be achieved between fruit and delicate oak/vanilla flavours. Bursts with dried apricots and pineapple, with a hint of vanilla and some typical Chenin honey notes on the long lasting finish. |

Hand harvested, with careful selection, including botrytis bunches (3/4%). Then barrel fermented and left on the lees (10/12 months French oak, 2nd and 3rd fill barrels), matured (on secondary lees) for a rounded complexity.
A full bodied, well rounded wine with a complex structure . This wine is a great example of the harmonious balance which can be achieved between fruit and delicate oak/vanilla flavours, as they combine to form complex, soft flavours with sufficient body to enhance even spicy and full flavoured meals. Flavours bursts with dried apricots and pineapple, with a hint of vanilla and some typical Chenin honey notes on the long lasting finish.
Can be served with many varied spicy dishes, mild curry, Thai style food and full flavoured fish or chicken dishes. A true benchmark for enjoyment
