100 % Pinotage, five-year old vines, harvested at 25 Balling from blocks specifically selected for their fruity character. Cool ferment after a cold maceration on the skins and pressed off early, before the development of hard tannins. This Petit Pinotage is a totally new style of Pinotage, reflecting the modern fruit driven wine style that is demanded today.
